ADITC WORK SKILLS VOUCHER PROGRAMS FOR THE DRILLING INDUSTRY

WORK SKILLS VOUCHERS

It was announced recently by the Department: "The government is committed to the delivery of 450,000 new training places in areas of skill shortage over the next four years commencing on 1st April 2008.  To ensure a seamless transition. voucher issue for  Work Skills Vouchers will cease effective 31st march, 2008."

However, all existing applicants who are currently studying under the work skills voucher program will continue to do so and The Australian Drilling Industry Training Committee Ltd will honour all existing responsibilities and agreements with individuals who gained a Work Skills Voucher.

As the Drilling Industry has been designated as an area of skills shortage, The Australian Drilling Industry Training Committee have applied for registration under the new Commonwealth funding program known as the the Productivity Placements Program and will inform you of the criteria and process for enrolments as soon as we are advised and our registration accepted.

If you have any questions on existing Work Skills Vouchers or the new program please do not hesitate to contact us either by phoning

Information will be posted to our website as soon as it comes to hand.
